Memberships are billed monthly unless stated otherwise.Payment must be successful for membership access to continue.If payment fails, access to bookings and services may be paused until the issue is resolved.
Some memberships may include a joining feeany joining fee will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.Promotional memberships may waive the joining fee where advertised.
Early Joiner Membership £69.99 - members on this plan may also cancel at any time under the launch offer- if they cancel before the official opening of the gym, a refund may be issued- if they decide to cancel after the opening day, the cancellation can happen at the end of the month and a refund is only possible if it’s requested in the first 14 days from purchase if the membership has not been used at all: if a class has been booked, attended, or any membership benefit has been used, no refund will be dueStandard Membership (£89.99), Students & NHS membership (£69.99), and unlimited membership (£109.99)- standard memberships are non-refundable except during the first 14 days after purchase where the membership has not been used at all- if a class has been booked, attended, or any membership benefit has been used, no refund will be due- where no refund is due, the member may still request cancellation so the membership ends after the current billing period
- all cancellation requests must be sent by email to management@feelharmonigym.com- cancellations are only valid once confirmed by the FeelHarmoni management team- where a membership is cancellable but not refundable, the cancellation will stop the next renewal and the membership will remain active until the end of the current paid period- management aims to respond to cancellation requests within 24–48 hours, depending on request volume
FeelHarmoni allows memberships to be frozen where needed.A freeze may be requested for reasons including:- travel- work commitments away from home- health reasons- injury- pregnancy or recovery- other reasonable temporary circumstancesFreeze process- all freeze requests must be sent to management@feelharmonigym.com- the team aims to process freeze requests within 24–48 hours of receiving the email, depending on volume- freezes are not considered active until confirmed by the team- members are encouraged to request freezes as early as possible
To book their classes: members must book classes at least 30min in advance.Bookings cannot be made less than 30min before class start time.This helps the team manage capacity, check-in, and room preparation.
If you can’t attend a class, no issues, but you’ll have to inform us:- if a member cancels within less than 12 hours before the class start time, a £5 cancellation fee may apply. If you inform us at least 12 hours before, no cancellation fee will be applied.- this late cancellation charge is intended to discourage last-minute cancellations and help protect class availability for other members
Each time you do not inform us about a cancellation, one of our members would have missed the opportunity to attend a class. So:- if a member does not attend a booked class and is marked absent, a £8 no-show fee may apply.- repeated no-shows may also lead to loss of class credit or booking restrictions at management discretion.This is consistent with the general studio principle that late cancels and no-shows affect availability for other members. Please do remember to cancel your classes within the notice window.
- members may only attend the number of classes included in their membership unless they are on an unlimited plan- unused classes do not roll over unless expressly stated otherwise- all classes must be booked through the official booking system
All members are expected to:- arrive on time- treat staff, instructors, and other members respectfully- use equipment carefully- keep shared spaces tidy- follow any studio rules relating to safety and wellbeingFeelHarmoni is a supportive women-only environment and respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
- members are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate in classes- any injuries, pregnancy, health concerns, or medical conditions relevant to exercise should be disclosed before participation where appropriate with our instructors- FeelHarmoni reserves the right to refuse participation where there is a safety concern
- members remain responsible for their own belongings- any found property may be placed in lost and found for a limited period- unclaimed items may be disposed of or donated after a reasonable time
FeelHarmoni reserves the right to:- update membership structures, pricing, and policies where necessary- refuse service where behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe- suspend or cancel memberships where terms are breached- amend operational procedures to protect the studio, the team, and members
