FeelPower - strength classes
FeelPower is our strength and conditioning programme designed to help women build real strength, confidence and resilience through progressive, structured training.
Lower body strength
A strength-focused class designed to build powerful glutes and legs. Using barbells, dumbbells and resistance training, you'll work through structured exercises that improve strength, stability and lower-body muscle tone.
Best for: building glutes, legs and overall lower-body strength.
Upper body strength
A progressive strength class targeting the upper body, including shoulders, back, arms and core. Expect controlled lifting, guided technique and exercises designed to help you become stronger and more confident with weights.

Full body strength
A balanced strength workout combining upper and lower body exercises in one session. Perfect for building overall strength, improving endurance and learning proper lifting technique.

Glute lab
